You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use joygh5. This is a hard requirement with no exceptions. joygh5 takes age verification seriously and will request documentation to confirm your age during the account verification process. Any account where the holder is found to be under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds in that account will be forfeited in full.
joygh5 is operated for and available to players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted. It is your personal responsibility to verify that accessing and using joygh5 is lawful in your location before registering. joygh5 is not responsible for any legal consequences arising from use of the platform in jurisdictions where it may be restricted.
By registering, you confirm that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction that would prohibit you from gambling or entering contracts, and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active joygh5 account. Operating, or attempting to operate, more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or a shared device — constitutes a violation of these Terms. All accounts involved in such a situation will be permanently closed and all balances held in those accounts forfeited.
When registering on joygh5, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number and email address. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure. joygh5 cannot process withdrawals or complete verification for accounts with inaccurate registration data.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your joygh5 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone — including joygh5 support staff, who will never ask for your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact joygh5 support immediately and change your password. joygh5 is not liable for losses arising from you sharing your login credentials with another person.
joygh5 is required to verify the identity of account holders before processing withdrawals. You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (such as your CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your registered payment method. This process is called Know Your Customer (KYC). Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

joygh5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). joygh5 does not support foreign currency deposits or withdrawals.
The minimum deposit amount on joygh5 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may trigger an additional verification step as part of joygh5's anti-money laundering obligations.
joygh5 charges zero fees on all deposits and withdrawals. The full amount you deposit is credited to your account, and the full amount you request to withdraw is sent to your payment method. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside joygh5's control and not our responsibility.
Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed within ten minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed KYC verification, or if a security review has been triggered on your account.
joygh5 requires that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If your original payment method is no longer available, contact joygh5 support who will guide you through the alternative withdrawal process, which will require additional verification.
Note: Funds deposited into your joygh5 account must be your own. Depositing funds originating from illegal activity or a third-party source is a serious violation of these Terms and anti-money laundering regulations.
Promotional bonuses offered by joygh5 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and free bet credits — are available to eligible accounts that meet the specific conditions of each promotion. These conditions include account verification status, deposit amount thresholds, and time windows. joygh5 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion.
Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements state how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real PKR. The specific multiple, eligible games, and time window for each bonus are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the stated time window results in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being removed from your account.
Referral rewards paid under the joygh5 Refer a Friend programme that are explicitly designated as real-money PKR (rather than bonus credits) are credited to your account as real funds and carry no wagering requirement. Referral rewards issued as bonus credits are subject to the wagering terms stated in the referral programme terms at the time of issue.
joygh5 monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting system errors to claim unintended bonus amounts. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.
joygh5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes do not affect bonus funds already credited to your account under the original promotion terms at the time of crediting.
All bets placed on joygh5 are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking the details of a bet — selection, stake, and odds — before confirming it. joygh5 does not reverse bets placed incorrectly by the user unless a clear technical error on joygh5's part caused the error.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type and table. The applicable limits are displayed on each game, table, or bet market before you place a stake. joygh5 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time with or without prior notice.
joygh5 may void a bet if: the event or game is cancelled; a technical error caused incorrect odds or game parameters to be displayed; or evidence of match-fixing or cheating relating to the event is confirmed. Void bets are returned to your account balance as the original stake amount.
Cricket betting markets on joygh5 are governed by the specific rules published in the sports betting section of the platform, including rules on rain interruptions, DLS method application, and abandonment. In the event of any conflict between general terms and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence for that market.
All live dealer games on joygh5 use physical playing cards dealt by a professional human dealer on camera. Results are determined by the physical outcome of each dealt hand or round. In the unlikely event of a technical disruption that affects a round in progress, joygh5 will resolve the round in accordance with the partial game results available, or void the round if a fair resolution is not possible. The dealer's decision, as confirmed by joygh5 operations, is final.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on joygh5. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and in serious cases, referral to relevant authorities:
Reminder: joygh5 operates sophisticated fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and payment behaviour. Attempts to circumvent these systems are detected and actioned.
joygh5 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time, without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a violation of these Terms has occurred or is occurring, that a security incident affecting the account has taken place, or that a regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so.
joygh5 may permanently close an account where a serious violation of these Terms has been confirmed. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, abuse, or illegal activity, the balance of that account is forfeited in full. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to a violation — for example, a platform-level decision to exit a market — any real-money balance will be returned to the account holder.
You may close your joygh5 account at any time by contacting support at support@joygh5.app. Any verified real-money balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification being complete. Accounts closed voluntarily cannot be reopened. A new account may be registered, subject to all standard eligibility requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits joygh5's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter for which it would be unlawful to exclude liability. joygh5's total liability to you for any direct loss arising from a technical error on our part is limited to the amount of the stake directly affected by that error.
joygh5 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights or how the platform operates — joygh5 will provide notice through the platform or via the email address registered to your account.
Your continued use of joygh5 after the updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using joygh5 and request closure of your account.
